The scripture is “The Parable of the Talents. ” The lesson that emerges from this scripture is that we have been blessed with specific gifts or talents and the expectation is that we will leverage those gifts to further God's Kingdom. Though we might be afraid, God has given us these gifts and we are expected to use them and bring back a reward for Him.
